The event manager is a strategic operations leader responsible for designing and executing high-level convenings, executive retreats and mission-aligned events that advance influence, partnership development and revenue generation.
This role requires a highly organized, systems-driven professional with strong business acumen, executive presence and the ability to operate with precision in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. As Duke Farms expands its convening strategy and revenue-generating initiatives, this role will build and operationalize the systems, processes and standards required to support scale, consistency and performance.
The safety and security officer is an integral member of the Duke Farms Safety and Security team. This role supports a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all who work at and visit Duke Farms. The position requires sound judgment, clear communication and the ability to foster a respectful, responsive environment.
The grounds supervisor plays a central role in stewarding Shangri La’s vibrant five-acre oceanfront site by overseeing the care and cultivation of its gardens, landscapes and hardscapes. Collaborating with the Operations team, the Grounds Supervisor ensures that outdoor areas are maintained to the highest standards of preservation, beauty and safety.
The Creator Fellowship at Duke Farms is a hands-on opportunity for emerging digital creators to shape how audiences experience restoration, climate action and land stewardship. As a creator fellow, you will partner closely with Duke Farms Programs & Partnerships team members and the DDF Influence & Marketing team to create original content that translates conservation science and restoration into accessible, culturally relevant narratives.
This pilot fellowship is part of our effort to expand our impact by connecting with new audiences through imaginative digital storytelling. We’re seeking a digitally fluent, culturally aware creator with a sharp point of view and a passion for social change.
