@DDF Applications and Inquiries

The @DDFconvening and events program provides two pathways. Please read below to select the pathway that best captures your needs.

A convening application should be completed by organizations and leaders planning an intimate multi-day gathering engaging no more than 25 participants, for up to 4 days. Successful applicants are provided with a subsidized rate, dedicated experience design and curation support to enhance the impact of their conveying. Before you apply, please be sure to read our FAQ, and then access the submission site to get started! For convenings in 2026, we will accept applications until DATE.

An events inquiry should be completed by organizations and leaders who need to gather for a single day, or will require significantly large groups (up to 90), or who have specific and highly particular execution needs, such as AV / Film Screening or other. To inquire about hosting an event, please be sure to read our FAQ, then submit your request, and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.

Costs for convenings and events will range.

• For convening applications of up to 25 participants lasting no more than four days applicants should expect to contribute roughly $275 per person, per day—for an expected maximum of roughly $25,000 to cover all onsite needs. This cost will be captured for you in more details if your application is successful.
• For event inquiries, costs are based on factors such as headcount and production complexity and can vary significantly. The estimated costs will be detailed for you based on our review of your inquiry.
