Nicole Cruz

Nicole Cruz is the people and culture manager for the Doris Duke Foundation and its centers, for which her responsibilities include payroll, benefit administration, and human resources data and analytics.

Prior to joining the foundation in 2015, Cruz worked for Raritan Valley Community College as an administrative assistant for the Workforce Delivery Project.

She earned a double Bachelor of Arts in human resources management as well as labor studies and employment relations from Rutgers University.
