To create a competitive re-granting program (the “Wildlife Action Opportunities Fund”) to support projects that will accelerate the implementation of state wildlife action plans across the country through the creation of new public-private partnerships and the coordination of conservation efforts among the many organizations and agencies that can contribute to conservation.
